MANY thanks for the very interesting and considered editorial yesterday on the death of Eugene Terre'Blanche, pictured.
The issues are simultaneously complex and simple. Simple because the brutal murder of a human being is never justifiable.
Complex because of our past, the challenges that we face as a country and because the victim had himself been responsible for killing another.
At a time when it is so easy to conflate issues, I would like to thank you and your newspaper for reminding us that the Dream of 1994 is still alive.
