The Jamaican artist, who has a legion of followers among the country's tightknit dance hall or ragga music fans, is also here to make preparations for a series of concerts penciled in for April.
His visit should excite many a dance hall fan. It coincides with a compilation album, raggatalk Volume 1 put together by local ragga DJs Jahseed and Andy Kasrils.
