FAMOUS Brands has acquired the Black Steer restaurants and Bulldogs pubs trademarks and franchise agreements.
The firm said yesterday the trademarks were owned by Black Steer Holdings, currently in liquidation.
No price was disclosed.
It said this would settle consumer confusion over Famous Brand's existing Steers brand, and Black Steer. - Sapa
