SIX-YEAR-OLD twin girls survived an accident in which their mother was killed along with three other people - a woman and her three-year-old son and six-year-old daughter.
The woman's husband was also critically injured in the two-vehicle smash on the M4 Leo Boyd Highway near Ballito yesterday afternoon.
