INDEPENDENT News & Media (SA) has sold its advertising company INM Outdoor for R1,1million.
The company was bought by an investor group led by Helios Investment Partners, the parties said in a joint statement yesterday.
The group also consists of private equity firms Citi Venture Capital International, RMB Corvest and MSG Afrika Investments. - Sapa
