KWAZULU-Natal premier Zweli Mkhize has called on political leaders from all walks of life to support the government's fight against HIV and Aids.
He was speaking during a provincial council HIV-Aids meeting to assess the roll out of the flagship programme.
Mkhize said the challenge of HIV-Aids was that the pandemic is embedded deeply in the conditions of poverty under which "most of our people live." - Canaan Mdletshe
