This after the National Energy Regulator of South Africa yesterday refused to make public the details of Eskom's application for a hike in electricity prices.
Cosatu, the National Consumer Forum, the ID and the DA slammed Nersa, calling for the information to be released soon.
Eskom submitted its price hike to Nersa on Wednesday. But Nersa spokesperson Ryna Boshoff said the public would know in two weeks time how much Eskom had asked for. -Anna Majavu
