When the NTA pays back every cent of the costs for setting up the BRT in Joburg to the city's ratepayers, then they can claim ownership . Until then, shut up and accept that you either play nice or suffer the consequences.
Since when do taxis own roads? I pay my share in license fees, petrol levies and rates. By virtue of this I am a stakeholder in the BRT. I say enough pandering to taxis. Implement BRT and let democracy decide for us, not the taxi tyrants!
