FIVE armed men shot and seriously wounded commuters at a railway station in KwaMashu, north of Durban, yesterday, police have said.
"At around 4.30am, a group of five men went to a railway station and started shooting at the commuters," said Superintendent Muzi Mngomezulu.
"Three security guards and a woman who were waiting for their train were seriously wounded."
Mngomezulu said police were investigating a case of attempted murder. - Sapa
