THERE'S one thing that made me forget about public transport - Putco.
During Easter they flock to Limpopo, leaving scores of stranded commuters behind, forgetting that these people have paid their fares for a month using pre-paid tags.
In Sandton in the morning they drive to Kramerville with commuters on board, but in the afternoon they just pass by, saying the starting point is Rivonia Road. This is totally unfair to loyal passengers.
If they can drop them off in the morning, what stops them from picking them up in the afternoon?
Putco is never helpful. They're always defensive, make you hold on if you phone their useless complaint line until you hang up and protect their rude drivers.
