Chairperson of the judges Bara Niang annulled the case's "official statement and the subsequent procedure" and ordered the arrest warrants to be lifted yesterday.
The men, who were sentenced by a lower court to eight years in jail for homosexual conduct, were due to be released immediately, their lawyers said. - Sapa-AFP
