Spikes lead the log with 27 points from nine matches, level on points with defending champions Seleteng Giant Killers from the same number of matches.
Spikes have scored 104 runs and conceded the least, 15, while Killers have scored 138 and conceded 19. Runs conceded is the decider.
Killers scored the highest runs of the day in a 24-3 win over Dodgers.
Mmotong Lions failed to attend their match against Killers.
The league's first round will be completed on Saturday at Seshego diamonds and features a battle of the top dogs between Killers and Spikes.
