The postponement was confirmed yesterday by Polelo Masola, LSA's general secretary.
"After we inspected the diamonds on Saturday afternoon and today [yesterday] at 6am we resolved to postpone the matches to another date because it would not be safe for the players.
"We will check for the availability of the diamonds with the municipality, and hopefully we will make an announcement later tomorrow [today]," said Masola, who is also team manager of Simunye, the national softball team. - Matome Lebea
