Eldorado Park police are looking for Bafana Railo, who was released on bail but failed to appear in the Lenasia magistrate's court.
Railo, 33, was arrested on December 2006 for armed robbery and being in possession of an unlicensed firearm.
He later appeared in the Lenasia magistrate's court and was granted bail.
But Railo did not show up on his court date, which was April 20 this year.
Police spokesman Captain Philemon Khorombi des- cribed Railo as dangerous, warning that "no one should try to make contact with him".
