A 16-year-old Inkandla girl who was wanted for stealing a six-month-old baby girl has been found and was expected to appear in the Inkandla magistrate's court yesterday.
The girl disappeared with baby Asanda after offering to feed the baby while the child's mother, Thulisile Nyathi, stood in the queue at a social welfare office on Thursday last week.
Police spokesman Mbongeni Mdlalose said yesterday the child was now safe with its mother.
