Captain Piet Mnyageni said the incident took place at the child's Edenvale home on Friday.
"The parents heard the child crying in the grandfather's room. When they went to inspect they found the grandfather naked. The parents reported the matter to the police and the man was charged with sexual assault," he said. - Sapa
