Peace Lovers clinched the Bahwiti soccer tournament when they pipped Bahwiti FC 3-1 in the final at Mankweng sports ground on Saturday.
The tournament was organised by Bahwiti's boss, Jacky Mogashoa, and was aimed at getting the youth off the streets for a while.
Lovers beat Karee FC 2-1, while Bahwiti walloped Maselema 5-1 in the semis.
Lovers took home R2 000 and Bahwiti collected R1 500.
"Tournaments of this nature will be organised in future to ensure that hidden talent is unearthed in our area," Molelemane Segoale, tournament organiser, said.
Meanwhile, Nesengani Junior Swallows humbled Mulodi Freedom Birds 2-0 in the Safa Vhembe District's Champ of Champs in Tshithuthuni Stadium at the weekend.
