The Football Association of Namibia has appointed Belgian Tom Saintfiet for the remainder of their 2010 World Cup-Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

The Brave Warriors are left with two games against Kenya in Nairobi on September 6 and complete the campaign with a home game against Zimbabwe on October 10.

Saintfiet replaced Dutchman Ari Schans who was fired by the federation last month after suffering three successive defeats in the qualifiers.

Nimbia, who started their campaign with a bang by defeating Kenya 2-1 at home, are languishing at the bottom of Group Two with three points from four games.

Guinea, who contributed to the departure of Schans after hammering the Brave Warriors 4-0 in their last qualifier, are topping the group with seven points.

The 35-year-old Saintfiet has worked in Qatar, Germany, the Faroe Islands, the Netherlands and Finland.
