A taxi driver was arrested yesterday for allegedly raping a 20-year-old woman near Ratanda in Heidelberg.
Police spokesman Captain Thivhulawi Tshilate said the taxi driver picked up the woman at her home and after dropping off other passengers, he stopped in the veld.
