Evander police in Mpumalanga have impounded more than 100 taxis.
They were confiscated during a joint operation between the police and road transportation board that started on Friday and ended yesterday morning.
Constable Chris Mbuli of the Evander police said 110 of the taxis were operating without licence certificates, while the other 10 were impounded for overloading. - McKeed Kotlolo
