If it is true, then perhaps the minister of finance Trevor Manuel and governor of the Reserve Bank Tito Mboweni should remind these MPs that belt tightening also applies to them.
At nearly R58000 a month plus excellent perks, these unelected MPs are already among the highest paid group of people in South Africa.
