All of them should be fined heavily and the council that owns the taxi rank should also be fined heavily for what happened to these young women.
No one is above the law and should justice not be served in this matter, there will be hell to pay. Should it happen to my child or sister or mother or your child, then what?
The Constitution guarantees everyone rights. The barbaric behaviour of those men who are just criminals, should be condemned in the strongest possible terms and those responsible should be thrown behind bars for life.
I want those men to wear the miniskirt and go through what these young women went through so as to feel how they felt. Justice must be served, those ladies must sue the taxi associations and the owner of the taxi rank, which is the municipality.
