A highly specialised task team has been formed to probe the escalating ATM bombings in the Eastern Cape.
The group of senior police officers was carefully chosen to investigate the four ATM robberies in the area over the past month.
Last week police in the area arrested a Lusikisiki pensioner for his alleged involvement in the ATM bombings.
