It is very frustrating to know that the ANC still insists that Matatiele should be part of Eastern Cape and not KwaZulu-Natal.
Eastern Cape is the worst province in the country in terms of development and service delivery. There is rampant corruption, fraud and self enrichment by officials there. After 13 years of freedom, there are areas that still don't have electricity, proper roads and sanitation. In 2009, no one in Matatiele and Khutsong will vote for the ANC because the party refuses to listen to the people's wishes to be left alone where they are.
