Taxi ranks really need a shake up. They are very dirty and people who are supposed to maintain them do not do so. Is it because these people are used to untidiness?
Taxi ranks really need a shake up. They are very dirty and people who are supposed to maintain them do not do so. Is it because these people are used to untidiness?
Taxi drivers, taxi owners and hawkers must ensure that the ranks are clean. They must make sure that there are guards who check that people don't litter, and people who clean the toilets etc.
Some people blame the commuters for the mess, but I do not agree because commuters are like visitors who come and go. Put systems in place to discourage untidiness and then commuters will adhere.
