Prisoners on death row must be guinea pigs for innocent South Africans who die every four hours on our roads. When crash victims lose blood, death row criminals must offer them the blood that they are going to lose in any case.
Their hearts, lungs and other organs must also be donated to innocent people. They must pay for their evil ways. Hanging them is a total waste. These criminals must leave something behind to help those they have wronged.
