UGANDA - The humanitarian crisis in eastern Congo saw more than 10000 refugees entering Uganda over the past two days, the UN said.
Fighting erupted between Congolese renegade General Laurent Nkunda and the military in August and the relief crisis has spilt into Uganda.
Aid agencies, the UN's refugee agency UNHCR and Uganda's government have been in the area since Saturday to assess the situation. - Sapa-DPA
