Xitsundzuxo Ntlhamu of Limpopo, who hit the headlines after publishing a book at the age of 17, has done it again.

The young author last week published her second book titled Love and forgiveness, the recommended remedy to a healthy lifestyle.

The book, printed by Pon Printers in Meyerton in the Vaal, Gauteng, is being sold at churches. Ntlhamu is also arranging for the books to be sold at book shops.

The Malamulele High School pupil, who is a devout Christian attached to the Full Gospel Church in Malamulele, said she was motivated to write her second book because of the positive response she received after the publication of her first book.

"After writing my first book, many people patted me on my back. That spurred me on to write the second book," Nlthamu said.

In this book she has focused on a problem-free country through Christ.

"I'm talking about love and forgiveness. Though I was motivated to write more after my first book was published, I also realised that there is little love in this world and I wanted to make my contribution about love."

Ntlhamu's first book is called The Life in my hands is the road to success.

Ntlhamu's parents are both teachers in Limpopo. Her father, Eckson, teaches at Xihlovo Primary School and her mother, Elsie, teaches at Hlaluku High in Gandlanani Village. They are both proud of their young daughter's achievements and said they are impressed that she has written a second book.

"We are impressed with her and wish her the best because she is serious-minded," said her father.

The matric pupil is president of the students' representative council and secretary of the Learners Christian Movement.
