It will be run under the auspices of Central Gauteng Athletics and will be held on August 5.
This year, a small revision to the route will see walkers and runners using a changeover point (leg six) at Crown mine.
From there it will also pass through another changeover point in Diepklooof and finish at the Expo Centre in Nasrec.
One of Absa's Social Investment programmes, Casual Day, will benefit from proceeds raised through race entries. - Sowetan
