An attorney representing one of Mulalo Sivhidzo's co-accused in the killing of her husband, Avhatakali Netshisaulu, son of City Press editor Mathata Tsedu, has withdrawn from the case, citing nonpayment.
Attorney Xolani Mangali asked to be removed from the case as he had not been paid by Setshaba Fokane.
The six co- accused appeared in the Krugersdorp magistrates' court yesterday. They are accused of murdering Netshisaulu, in December.
The case was postponed to early next year in the Johannesburg high court.
