This offer from Flexicell, established by local entrepreneur Laughton Appollis, comes with a monthly contract.
Flexicell's competition with giant cellular companies is great news for clients. The company buys airtime in bulk from all the network providers and, because of the large quantities purchased, is able to cut airtime costs by more than 18percent. Flexi- cell then "rebundles" this airtime and passes the savings on to customers.
