The draw for the CAF inter-club competitions was conducted yesterday in Zurich, Switzerland.

The eight qualified teams in each competition, the MTN-CAF Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup, were divided into two groups of four.

Champions League:

Group A - Asfar (Morocco), ESS (Tunisia), Ittihad (Libya), JSK (Algeria);

Group B: Al Ahly (Egypt), Al Hilal (Sudan), EST (Tunisia), Asec Mimosas (Ivory Coast).

Confederation Cup:

Group A: Sundowns (South Africa), TP Mazembe (DRC), Astres de Douala (Cameroon), CS Sfaxien (Tunisia);

Group B: Dolphins (Nigeria), Kwara Utd (Nigeria), Ismaili (Egypt), El Merrikh (Sudan).

The group stage of the CAF Champions League begins in June and the CAF Confederation Cup in July.

The two-leg finals of both competitions will be played in November. Ahly of Egypt are the current holders of the MTN-CAF Champions League and ESS are the holders of the Confederation Cup. - CAF website
