It starts in England today.
Shilowa will be accompanied by Paul Mashatile, Gauteng MEC for finance and economic affairs and Barbara Creecy, the MEC for sport.
Gauteng will host Soccerrex in Sandton in November.
It will take place place from November 26 to 28 and is expected to inject just over R7 billion into the Gauteng economy.
The province won the rights in Dubai last year to host Soccerrex, a massive global business soccer convention and exhibition, for three consecutive years.
