The Last King of Scotland star is tipped to walk away with a best actor Academy Award on Sunday for his role as Ugandan dictator Idi Amin.

But fans and cast members fear that he'll embarrass everyone with a nervous and ill-prepared acceptance speech.

Speechmaking organisation Toastmasters International has offered Whitaker advice to prevent him making more gaffes, such as forgetting to acknowledge his wife, as he did when he received his BAFTA award. - Wenn
