Joe Mathebula, the chief executive of Trade and Investment Limpopo (Til), a parastatal, has resigned.
Mathebula, who joined Til in 2002, resigned last week "to pursue other opportunities".
"I have decided to step down. I am happy to have contributed in the rebranding of the province," he said.
In 2005 Mathebula won the best manager award for outstanding service and contribution.
