Tshwane metro police commander Simon Bhebe will appear in court for attempted murder once he is discharged from hospital, Pretoria police said yester day.
Bhebe was involved in a shooting incident on Sunday, in which he and another man were wounded, after an argument outside the Mazukwana tavern in Atteridgeville. He is currently under police guard at Medforum Hospital in Pretoria.
A third person has been arrested and was also charged with attempted murder. Police confiscated three firearms and two vehicles at the scene of the incident. - Sapa
