Rita Ora has angered fans after advertising for ''unpaid'' extras to star in her new video.

The 'How We Do' hitmaker has been recruiting for ''males and females of all shapes, sizes and ethnicities aged 18-35'' to appear in the production and undertake the work which is described as voluntary.

The advert - which has been posted onto casting websites - reads: ''Please note: this is an unpaid shoot and you would be attending voluntarily. This is your chance to share the set with Rita and be part of her next BIG hit!'' Outraged fans of the 24-year-old singer quickly took to Twitter to slam her decision to feature unpaid dancers.

One wrote: ''@RitaOra casting dancers for her new music video. Unpaid. Unacceptable. #paythedancers #paytheactors.'' One said: ''Didn't take @RitaOra as one to disrespect the industry that allowed her her career! @EquityUK #idontworkforfree.''

While another added: ''@RitaOra really rita ora? your production company casting for dancers for your music video.. no pay??? #paythedancers #jokes.(sic)'' However, a representative for the blonde beauty claims she isn't recruiting professional dancers and is simply giving fans the opportunity to appear in the video.
