Afro-pop singer Kelly Khumalo has once again made the news for all the wrong reasons.
The singer allegedly attacked her ‘boyfriend’, KZN sangoma Zamokuhle "Bhaka" Nzama on Saturday night.
The fight is said to have taken place at a hotel room in Durban where Khumalo was getting ready for the Metro FM awards.
Nzama reportedly told Drum magazine that Khumalo attacked him after he refused to leave his partner.
"Kelly poked my eye using her nail. I have seen a doctor and although at the moment I cannot open my eye I am at currently at home recovering," the popular herbalist told the Sunday Sun.
Although emotionally scarred by the event, Bhaka told the paper that he had no plans to open a case of assault against Khumalo and he is not sure about their relationship anymore.
