YOUNG writer Bongani Khumalo is taking on the public broadcaster for alleged breach of copyright.
Last month, while looking at the broadcast programme for the SABC, Khumalo (39) was jolted out of his chair.
"I saw a drama series, Skeem Saam, being advertised. I presented an idea for a show by the same name to the SABC in 2009. They liked it but nothing happened."
