The match was delayed by a floodlight failure, but that did not stop Singh tearing into the Angolans to take his tally for the tournament to six and place him on top of the scorers charts.
Menzi Ndwandwe got the other goal for South Africa, who now take on Zambia in Friday’s final to be played at the same venue.
