Fans wish soccer star Tovey a speedy recovery after heart attack

Messages of support for South African soccer legend Neil Tovey continued to pour in on Monday morning.

The former Bafana Bafana captain and current South African Footbal Association (Safa) technical director was admitted to hospital after suffering a serious heart atttack during practice session in Durban.

Tovey‚ who affectionately known as “Mokoko” in the soccer fraternity‚ was reportedly in a critical condition.

According to reports on Monday morning‚ doctors are struggling to stabilise the soccer star.

In February 2015‚ Tovey suffered a triple attack and spent some time in ICU after having surgery to have a stent inserted.

While he continues to fight for his life‚ fans took to social media to wish him a speedy recovery.
