Mandla Masango came off the bench to grab a goal for Randers as they won 2-1 at home to Hobro to keep up the heat on the leaders in the Danish Superliga.

The Bafana Bafana winger was introduced with 13 minutes to go and bagged the winner, his second of the season since arriving at the club in August.

Andile Jali got one over Bafana teammate Ayanda Patosi when the pair met in a Belgian league clash at the weekend that saw KV Oostende continue their fine start to the new campaign.

Both South Africans started, but Jali played the full 90 minutes and Patosi was hauled off just before the hour mark.

Former Kaizer Chiefs striker Knowledge Musona was influential for Oostende as well, setting up the opener for his side in what proved a comfortable win in the end.

Darren Keet's Kotrijk came from behind to grab a point at bottom side Westerlo, a result that leaves them ninth on the table.

Tokelo Rantie remains sidelined at Bournemouth in the English Premiership, but a division lower Kagisho Dikgacoi played for Cardiff City as they were held to a 1-1 draw at Brighton and Hove Albion.

Dikgacoi's fitness issues that saw him miss almost all of last season appear well and truly behind him as he completed yet another 90 minutes.

Anele Ngcongca started on the bench but was introduced for French Ligue 1 strugglers Troyes after just nine minutes of their 1-0 home loss to Guingamp.

Troyes have slipped into the relegation zone and it looks like a season of struggle for the Bafana right back on loan from Genk.

Daylon Claasen's 1860 Munich were involved in their fourth draw in a row in the Bundesliga II as they finished 1-1 at Arminia Bielefeld. Claasen was introduced with 17 minutes to go but could not force a winner for his side.
