SuperSport United confirmed that their negotiations for a long-term contract with Daine Klate had fallen through after two parties failed to agree on terms.
The 29-year-old winger is now rumoured to have signed a two-year deal with Bidvest Wits.
Five-time Absa Premiership winner Klate left Orlando Pirates in January 2015 and joined his former club, SuperSport United, on loan until the end of the season.
The club had also confirmed on their official twitter account that: "that negotiations for a long-term deal with Daine Klate have fallen through."
