Amazulu striker Ayanda Dlamini knows what it takes for the club to survive relegation.

But with the battle reaching the white-hot pressure stage, he knows the last four games will be difficult.

Their fight for survival will only get harder with Platinum Stars visiting tomorrow evening at the Princess Magogo Stadium.

Under Cavin Johnson, Dikwena have put up a creditable fight and seem to have their Premier Soccer League status stitched up for next season.

But in the volatile world that is the bottom half of the PSL, nothing can be taken for granted. AmaZulu are a case in point as they looked dead and buried at the start of the year, but such has been their run of form, they have been able to move themselves from the bottom of the table.

They are still not out of danger but Dlamini, who is a past warrior of AmaZulu survival campaigns, knows the task that lies ahead.

"I think we have done well to get to where we are now because at the start of the year there was no hope but we have fought well and we are in a better position," Dlamini said.

"The momentum of the team is very good and there is positive energy flowing from everyone, so I think we will achieve our goal.

"Platinum Stars though are very dangerous and Cavin Johnson has done an excellent job with them in his second spell. They are playing a good brand of football but we have come to a stage where we don't worry about our opponents.

"All we care about is ourselves because we need to do well in every game we play."

Dikwena will not have hot flushes when they think about AmaZulu, whom they easily dispatched 4-2 in their first round encounter.
