Cut foreign players to produce English talent: FA

We must cut number of foreign players to find more English talent like Harry Kane, says FA chairman Greg Dyke.

The FA wants to impose radical changes on clubs' 25-man squads designed to give young English players more game-time,  The telegraph report.

“Suddenly an English kid who was out on loan at four different places, who was touch and go to get a game in the first team, is suddenly the top scorer in English football,’’ said Dyke. “It’s great news. How many more Harry Kanes are there out there, who just can’t get a game?”
