Tokelo Rantie was a late substitute for English Championship side Bournemouth as they defeated bottom club Blackpool 4-0 to maintain their position at the top of the table.

In the week in which Rantie said he would "definitely" return to play for Swedish club Malmo in the future, he continued to draw blanks with The Cherries - coming on for the final 11 minutes of this easy romp for the promotion-chasing club.

Kgosi Ntlhe won the battle of the South Africans as his Peterborough United side claimed a 2-0 success at Dean Furman's Doncaster Rovers in League One.

The result is a blow to Rovers' promotion play-off hopes, but keeps United in the mix. Both players were substituted late on. Kamohelo Mokotjo played as FC Twente arrested their alarming run of form in the Dutch league to beat PEC Zwolle 2- 0.

After a few weeks on the bench, Nhlakanipho Ntuli was back in the FC Twente II starting line-up in the country's second division, but could not help his side avoid a 2-0 loss at Den Bosch.

There was no sign of Daylon Claasen, though, as 1860 Munich picked up a vital 3-0 win at Greuther Fürth in their bid to avoid relegation from the German Bundesliga II.

Ricardo Nunes was only on the bench as his Polish top-flight side Pogon Szczecin lost 1-0 at home to Lechia Gdansk.
