No sooner is the MTN8 over than the Telkom Knockout prepares to get under way. The draw for the Telkom Knockout first-round fixtures will be made tonight at 8pm at the SuperSport studios, and the competition kicks off on the first weekend of next month.
The draw will be seeded, but only by having last season's top-fight finishers in one pot and drawing them against teams in the other pot from those who finished nine to 16 in PSL standings.
Then the pairings face a separate draw to decide who gets the home advantage.
DATES:
October 3 to 5: Telkom Knockout first round; October 24 to 26: quarterfinals; November 8 to 9: semifinals; and November 29: final
