AYANDA Patosi will get the opportunity to further grow his reputation in Belgium when his Lokeren side take on Standard Liege tonight.

Standard are among the leading sides in the country and have hit form to start rising up the table after a slow start.

But Lokeren, and Patosi in particular, are the talk of the domestic game after recording four wins in a row, with the South African netting in his last three games.

That has led to him being included in the Belgian League Team of the Season that is updated after each round of matches, a high honour indeed.

Darren Keet's Kortrijk are at OH Leuven, while Anele Ngcongca and his Genk side could go back to the top of the table with a win at home to Mons on Sunday.

Steven Pienaar will hope to keep up his excellent record against Sunderland when the Black Cats travel to Everton in the English Premiership.

His first goal against Sunderland came in a 7-1 win for Everton in 2007, before he netted again the next season.

He was on target against the side once more earlier this year and has never been on the losing side against the northeast team for either Everton or Spurs.

Kagisho Dikgacoi's Crystal Palace moved to the top of the English Championship in midweek when they beat Ipswich Town in front of watching national team coach Gordon Igesund.

It opens the very real possibility that "KG" may be back in the premiership next season, but it is early yet and an away meeting with Kgosi Ntlhe's Peterborough United awaits tomorrow.

Bafana skipper Bongani Khumalo will hope his PAOK side can close the gap on Olympiakos at the top of the Greek league when they host Platanias, while Siyanda Xulu could make a return for Russian Premier League outfit FC Rostov at home to Amkar Perm.
