Evander Holyfield's money woes

Sep 17, 2012 | TMZ | 11 comments

Evander Holyfield has been held in contempt of court for failing to pay more than half a million dollars in back child support for his 18-year-old daughter, Emani Holyfield, TMZ reports.

The boxing legend was ordered to immediately fork over $2,950 a month to clear the debt.

The judge also ordered that a percentage of Holyfield's income must be earmarked to pay down the debt.

TMZ also reported recently that the former heavyweight champ had to move out of his foreclosed Georgia mansion after failing to strike a deal with the bank.

Holyfield reportedly owed more than $14 million on the 54,000 square foot mega-mansion.
