He should have been re-appointed at the DTCs as the head coach instead of Roger. He is the one who brought joy and happiness to us when we were experiencing hard times. I like his football philosophy of attacking the opponents for the entire match and no nonsense approach. We have really lost a commander!

@Dieheart

I had the privilege to know someone who is close to Xolelwa Majeke, Lucky Lekgwathi’s ex girl friend and according to Lekgwathi, when Krol was first appointed at the see robbers his contract had a clause which stipulated that if he wins the first cup with the club he gets 10% of the winners price, second cup 15%, third cup 20% and fourth cup 25% in a season on top of his salary. Dr Khoza agreed to the contract in the first place because he didn’t see him winning so many cups in one season and when it started happening he realized that Krol’s clause in the contract does not benefit the club and when they negotiated for contract extension Dr Khoza wanted the clause to be scraped but Krol could not agree then his contract was never renewed.

I think if Krol relaxed his terms of the contract he could still be Orlando Pirates FC coach by now.

I was told the man is expensive, no other team can actually afford him in SA, i think thats why he is still unemployed.

Jaa, his terms of the contract are very stiff especially bonus clauses. If for example he goes to Platinum Stars, he will tell them that he needs a certain amount of money for reaching top 8, another for top 6 and another for top four because he knows that winning a cup with such a team is not probable.

You people are giving this guy too much credit.......

I am khosi fan and i remember telling a friend of mine that, pierates can beat any team even without a coach (that was in its glory days ofcos) for the simple reason that they have good players who play for a full 90mins. even when they are 3 goals up with 2mins remaining they still push for goals. those guys where hungry and where out to prove a point, yes Krol did something for the team to achieve that much but credit should go to the team. i mean they went out to sweep most of the trophies last year without Krol!

As i always say, football in SA is predictable, You become an instant hit then repeat the same thing the next season but in the third its all going down hill.

Khosi for life

Eish Mr President it seems you are not as clever as you think you are! but let me put it in simple terms, this guy to demand a hectic salary because "he made pirates a force to reckon with" is ridiculous. Pierates had a good team and it still does they just have to go back to the drawing board. Khosa did well to let his behind go because he did achieve good results even without him.
